We want you to wear your Atlas Lions FC jersey with pride. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work at atlaslions.shop.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU)

Under EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting the day you receive your order. You may return your purchase within this period without giving a reason.

Return conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Defective, damaged or misprinted items

If your jersey arrives defective, damaged or misprinted, contact us via the contact page within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We will replace the item free of charge or refund you in full.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear on your statement.

Size exchanges

Need a different size? Return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the correct size. The return and the new order are handled as two separate transactions.
